We power wash everything that’s going to be painted, letting it dry for one day for wood and three days for stucco.
Masking
We begin our prep work by carefully covering areas that aren’t going to be painted such as fences, foundations, etc.
Scraping
Next, we meticulously scrape any loose paint on the wood and lightly sand the area for better adhesion.
Caulking
We then fill in all the cracks around the wood seams and stucco to ensure a smooth surface.
Painting
It’s time for painting! We apply the paint in the most suitable way for each surface, spray painting the stucco and using a spray or roller for the wood. We ensure an even coat of paint, especially for the textured surfaces of stucco.
Clean up
Clean up is a breeze! We go around the house and pick up all our trash such as plastic, papers, and empty paint cans, ensuring your property looks just as clean as when we arrived.
Walkthrough
We always conclude with a walkthrough to make sure that everything looks amazing and to your satisfaction. And with our 5-year guarantee on all projects, you can rest easy knowing your home’s exterior will look stunning for years to come!
